Job Description

Job Summary:
Marketing Specialist (JCB Dealership Model)
Role Overview Position:
Full-Time, Exempt, On-site (SoCal JCB & Southwest JCB, with occasional travel to corporate HQ).
Purpose:
Act as the primary liaison between JCB Marketing and two strategic dealerships in the Western Region to drive local lead generation, retail performance, and co-op budget optimization.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning:
Develop data-driven, localized marketing plans aligned with dealership retail targets, seasonal corporate campaigns, and local market opportunities.
Campaign Execution:
Manage multi-channel execution including Paid Search, Paid Social, website inventory optimization, email/SMS campaigns, and local grassroots/field marketing.
Dealer & Corporate Alignment:
Coordinate between JCB and dealer leadership, drive adoption of corporate toolkits, and manage co-op marketing budgets.
Measurement & Reporting:
Establish KPI frameworks, analyze Salesforce lead quality and conversion performance, and deliver weekly/monthly data insights.
Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications with 1-3 years of performance marketing experience.
Core Competencies:
Channel Expertise:
Paid Search, Paid Social, website optimization, and grassroots/local marketing.
Dealer Growth:
Experience with B2B2C, co-op structures, and dealer enablement.
Mindset:
Challenger mentality, strong organization, attention to detail, and adaptability in a test-and-learn environment.
Technical Skills:
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and multi-channel budget management.
Preferred:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and background in dealer/franchise environments.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
