intern About Teamily Teamily is building an Human-AI social Platform where humans and AI agents work together in the same conversation. Our agents have context, memory, identity, and the ability to help people create, research, automate, and get work done together. We are looking for an onsite Content & Video Growth Intern to join our Palo Alto office and help turn Teamily's product, demos, and user stories into clear, engaging, and highly shareable content for global audiences. What You'll Do Write social posts, product demo scripts, short-form video scripts, creator briefs, and launch materials. Create and edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, and . Turn Teamily features into simple, compelling product stories and use-case demos. Package AI agent workflows into content formats that are easy to understand, watch, share, and try. Support product explainers, founder posts, launch content, KOL / creator-facing materials, and campaign assets. Research AI trends, viral video formats, competitor campaigns, creator examples, and user pain points. Help operate Teamily's global social channels, including X, , TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord. Assist with KOL / creator campaigns, including creator research, brief preparation, content review, posting tracking, and performance summaries. Build and organize content assets, including demo videos, product screenshots, captions, hooks, thumbnails, creator materials, and campaign examples. Track content performance and summarize what works, what does not, and what we should test next. Work closely with the growth, product, and founding team in our Palo Alto office. What We're Looking For Strong writing ability for social media, product storytelling, short-form video scripts, hooks, captions, and creator-facing materials. Strong video production ability, including scripting, editing, pacing, captioning, and basic visual storytelling. Able to explain complex AI product concepts in simple, natural, and engaging language. Strong content sense and understanding of internet culture, short-form video, memes, hooks, and platform-native formats. Strong interest in AI products, AI agents, productivity tools, social platforms, creator tools, or future-of-work products. Comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Runway, Midjourney, Notion, or similar tools. Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, , Reddit, Discord, or Product Hunt. Detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and able to work on multiple content tasks at the same time. Able to work onsite in Palo Alto. Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English Nice to Have Experience creating short-form videos, AI tool reviews, product demos, startup content, or tech explainers. Experience running personal social media accounts or growing content channels. Experience writing for AI, SaaS, productivity, creator tools, startups, or technology products. Basic motion graphics, thumbnail design, screen recording, or product tutorial experience. Experience with KOL, creator campaigns, campus communities, or AI communities. Interest in startups, venture capital, future of work, or global AI products. You'll Be a Good Fit If You can write clearly, naturally, and persuasively. You know how to turn a product feature into a hook, story, demo, or short video. You are genuinely excited about AI and willing to test new tools every day. You are hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a startup environment. You care about both creativity and growth results.
