Job Description:
Leads Marketing Field Advisory Board (FAB) Creates content field enablement (i.e. DSA, leave behind) targeting HCPs/accounts Manages engagement strategy by collaborating with performance marketing to ensure appropriate full funnel ads Develop and executes NPP/digital/emails/videos/website assets in collaboration with partners (i.e. performance mrkt, HCP events) Creates HCP influencer/social materials ands hands off to HCP MM for maintenance Develops line extension materials (i.e. MCD) Assists in KOL engagement such as ad boards and advisory board HCP member nomination/selection Manages HCP market research Ad hoc projects based on events/other department asks
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field Experience supporting HCP-facing marketing, field teams, or medical marketing functions Experience collaborating cross-functionally (e.g., Performance Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Research) Proven ability to develop HCP-focused marketing materials (e.g., detail aids, leave-behinds, digital assets) Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into marketing strategy Excellent written and verbal communication skills
