Marketing Specialist (Full-Time) About Us Saerom Beauty is an emerging beauty brand focused on building a strong presence across social media and e-commerce. We are growing our brand through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and our Shopify online store. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who has experience helping build and grow a brand from the ground up. This is not simply a social media management role—we're looking for someone who can execute marketing strategies, drive growth, and make a meaningful impact on our brand. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand marketing strategies. Manage and grow our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook channels. Plan and manage content creation and the social media content calendar. Source, recruit, communicate with, and manage collaborations with influencers and content creators. Plan, manage, optimize, and analyze Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads campaigns. Manage the Shopify store, including product page optimization and promotional campaigns. Qualifications Professional experience in brand marketing or digital marketing. Experience managing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook business accounts. Ability to plan, create, and execute marketing content from concept to completion. Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships. Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns. Experience operating and managing a Shopify e-commerce store. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Experience growing an early-stage or startup brand from the ground up. Previous marketing experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. Experience working with beauty, cosmetics, or skincare brands. Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data to improve campaign performance. Ability to quickly test, learn, and implement new marketing channels and strategies.
