About the Role Solar Sesame is expanding across the Bay Area and building out our canvass team. As an Outreach Representative, you'll be the face of the company in the field — talking to homeowners, generating interest, and setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants. No solar experience needed. What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods and attend community events in assigned territories Educate homeowners on Solar Sesame's programs and energy-saving options Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team Represent the brand professionally and stay active in your territory What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Coachable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Reliable transportation; comfortable working outdoors Canvassing, sales, or customer-facing experience a plus — not required Why Solar Sesame?
