Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to develop engaging content across multiple digital platforms for our Strapya and Hamee Toys brands. This role will focus on producing compelling written, visual, and video content while managing our social media presence and executing digital marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to bring our unique products to life through storytelling, tutorials, and campaigns that resonate with our audience. Responsibilities:

Create compelling written, visual, and video content for multiple digital platforms Develop and implement content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement Produce product demonstrations and tutorials, particularly for music-related products Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Create and distribute email marketing campaigns Collaborate with the product team to understand key features and benefits for marketing purposes Monitor content performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all content

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Kawaii culture is a big plus Strong interest in Japanese pop culture and cartoon characters Understanding of or experience in the music industry
