Growth opportunities On-the-job training International workforce Our organization is looking for a talented Field Application Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and working with internal teams to develop new products and features. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think quickly and creatively in order to solve customer problems.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers. Assist Engineering team on new project validation. Analyze customer requirements and provide solutions. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions. Provide technical training to customers and other departments internally. Develop and maintain product documentation. Perform product demonstrations and presentations. Travel to customer site to determine the nature of the issues, providing solutions, training and introduction of current products. Communicate with RD team in Asia to ensure that products are up-to-date with firmware releases. Gather information based on extensive product testing and hardware compatibility tests. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Job Qualifications:

Teamwork skill & Cross department communication skill are essential Computer/Server hardware experiences preferred EE, ME or relative Engineering degree or higher is preferred Able to travel occasionally Verbal Mandarin communication skill is a plus but not required

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
