This customer-focused sales role centers on communication, education, and relationship building.Responsibilities include:
Meeting with homeowners to evaluate storm-related roofing concerns Explaining the insurance restoration process in a clear and professional manner Presenting roofing solutions tailored to customer needs Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development You'll receive support from experienced leaders who are invested in your success.EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Sales Representatives:
$6,000-$15,000 per monthField Trainers and Team Leads:
$15,000-$25,000 per monthTerritory Managers and Expansion Leaders:
