We offer custom bath remodeling solutions that enrich the lives of our customers with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free. We are seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors/Event Demonstrators for the Berlin, CT market and surrounding areas to join our growing team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will interact with event attendees, educate them about our products, and generate quality sales leads for our team. Compensation $15.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience Plus commission and performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and lead generation Paid training provided Essential Duties Attract visitors and represent the company at trade shows, fairs, expos, and events Promote products and provide basic product information to attendees Generate leads and schedule in-home consultation appointments Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout events Ensure booth cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards Engage passers-by and encourage participation and interaction Explain key product features and benefits Collect contact information and secure entry forms Submit daily leads and event results to the Event Coordinator Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to scheduled events Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Availability to work weekends Customer service, retail sales, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus Why Join NuFace Home Improvements?
