Full Time Salary:
$55,000 to 65,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM The Brand Specialist, Private Brands, is an integral part of the Victoria Bay (Private Brands) team, helping to increase brand value, awareness, and market share. This critical support role is primarily responsible for managing the trafficking, review and approvals for custom Victoria Bay packaging art, ensuring it is compliant with our current brand guidelines. This person will work closely with internal and external partners such as purchasing, category management, merchandising, product catalog, master data, supplier partners and more. This role adheres to and promotes Imperial Brady's company's values by performing respective duties that support and contribute to the achievement of the company's goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Assist in the development of packaging art to ensure it is accurate and consistent with established brand guidelines. Works with graphic designers to review and proof requested packaging art before it is finalized and sent to external partners. Review all incoming vendor artwork proofs; provide detailed edits and/or approvals. Maintain and file all artwork (released and approved vendor art) in the internal file library for easy reference while keeping the team project management software up to date at all times. Maintain product specification data and assets needed for new and existing Victoria Bay products to ensure items are being accurately detailed on all sales and marketing platforms and in internal systems. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong attention to details and remarkable follow-through. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle large volumes of work while adapting to the priorities of the day
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field - or relevant industry experience. 2+ years of experience in product, category or brand management preferred. Knowledge in foodservice disposables and janitorial supplies product categories a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Tools. Experience with project management software (such as Trello, Asana, etc.) a plus. Experience being flexible with the ability to pivot due to constantly shifting priorities and managing urgent/rush requests.
