What you'll own: Track and interpret the full leasing funnel — traffic, tours, conversions Manage and optimize ILS platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, RentCafe) Keep social and website content sharp, current, and on-brand Build and run marketing campaigns based on what the data actually says is working What you bring: Multi-family leasing/marketing experience — this one matters a lot A real track record in analytics and reporting, not just execution Hands-on marketing chops — you can build the fix, not just point at it ILS platform experience is a strong plus If you can look at a leasing funnel and know exactly where it's leaking — and you're the type to go fix it yourself instead of flagging it for someone else — we need to talk.
