$55,000 - $65,000 (DOE) About Extra Duty Solutions (EDS) Extra Duty Solutions (EDS) is a specialized services and SaaS company dedicated to helping law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and other public-safety organizations streamline their extra-duty program administration. Since 2016, we have experienced rapid double-digit annual growth by providing best-in-class scheduling software and full-service administration. We handle the scheduling, payroll, and invoicing so that our heroes in public safety can focus on their core mission. Role Summary We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This in-office role is essential to our daily marketing operations through hands-on marketing execution. You will support the VP of Marketing and Revenue Operations in scaling our marketing engine, managing our physical brand assets, and ensuring our digital presence remains active and engaging.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management SWAG & Asset Tracking:
Maintain inventory of all marketing promotional items (SWAG) and event materials.
Logistics:
Coordinate the shipping and receiving of marketing collateral and booth materials for industry events and field engagements.
Marketing Campaign Support & Execution Social Media & Content:
Assist in executing the social media calendar and posting content (blogs, case studies, and updates) to elevate EDS as a thought leader.
Email Campaign Execution:
Build and schedule email campaigns to support strategic campaigns across the organization.
Event Coordination:
Provide logistical support for industry events, including law enforcement associations and public safety expos.
HubSpot Administration:
Assist with data entry and hygiene within HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.
Sales Enablement:
Build and distribute sales playbooks and marketing collateral to the Business Development team.
Qualifications Experience:
2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing role (experience in a B2B SaaS or services environment is a plus).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot and Asana is preferred.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities as needed.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across departments.
Mindset:
