We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing systems, platforms, campaigns, and technology that support audience growth, engagement, lead generation, fundraising, events, and organizational visibility. This role serves as the technical marketing lead, responsible for executing digital initiatives from strategy through implementation while ensuring platforms, workflows, and campaigns deliver measurable results.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee website management, marketing automation, email campaigns, CRM workflows, landing pages, paid media, analytics, SEO, reporting, and digital platform integrations. This individual will collaborate with marketing leadership to execute multi-channel campaigns, improve digital experiences, and drive engagement across multiple initiatives and audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain WordPress websites, landing pages, forms, integrations, and digital assets.
Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and conversion funnels.
Support CRM, event, fundraising, and marketing technology integrations.
Execute and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
Monitor analytics, reporting dashboards, SEO performance, website engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners supporting digital marketing platforms and services.
Develop documentation, workflows, and processes to support efficient marketing operations.
Partner with marketing teams to launch campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, registrations, and organizational growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field.
Strong experience with WordPress, website management, and digital content platforms.
Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, CRM systems, and workflow integrations.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SEO, paid advertising, and conversion tracking.
Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Zapier/Make.com, CRM tools, and email marketing systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Schedule:
Full-time, exempt position, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. Occasional evenings/weekends may be required based on campaign deadlines or organizational needs. Local travel may be required.
