Help Build a Local Brand Into a National Company VizzaLights is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, measure, and improve marketing across digital, print, broadcast, commercial, community, and emerging channels. This position is for a versatile marketer who understands how all parts of a modern campaign work together. You should be able to move comfortably between marketing strategy, media planning, Google Ads, Meta advertising, print campaigns, content planning, lead generation, partnerships, events, reporting, and sales support. The successful candidate will help VizzaLights establish a strong local presence while building repeatable marketing systems that can support expansion into markets across the country. The Invisible Lighting System Every Reason, Every Season, Millions of Colors What You Will OwnMarketing Strategy Develop and manage an integrated marketing plan aligned with company revenue, territory, and expansion goals. Define priority audiences, geographic markets, customer segments, offers, campaigns, and acquisition channels. Build annual, quarterly, monthly, and seasonal marketing calendars. Develop launch plans for new services, products, promotions, and geographic markets. Create repeatable marketing systems that can be adapted for future locations. Research competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and regional opportunities. Recommend budgets and allocate spending based on business goals and performance. Digital Advertising and Lead Generation Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, Local Services, and other relevant Google campaigns. Manage Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram. Evaluate and manage additional channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, streaming audio, connected television, programmatic advertising, and retargeting. Develop campaign briefs, audiences, offers, keywords, landing-page requirements, and testing plans. Monitor cost per lead, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, lead quality, and booked revenue. Coordinate accurate conversion tracking, call tracking, pixels, attribution, and reporting. Conduct structured testing of creative, messaging, audiences, placements, and offers. Improve lead quality in collaboration with sales and company leadership. Print, Broadcast and Traditional Marketing Plan and coordinate direct mail, postcards, brochures, door hangers, signage, vehicle advertising, print publications, billboards, radio, television, and community campaigns. Research media opportunities, request proposals, compare vendors, negotiate placements, and manage production deadlines. Track traditional campaigns using dedicated phone numbers, QR codes, URLs, offer codes, and CRM attribution. Coordinate co-marketing opportunities, sponsorships, home shows, trade shows, neighborhood events, and community partnerships. Develop relationships with builders, roofers, landscapers, electricians, real-estate professionals, property managers, designers, homeowner associations, and complementary businesses. Brand and Content Marketing Protect VizzaLights positioning, messaging, voice, and visual consistency across every channel. Create campaign briefs for the Creative Design Lead and Videographer/Content Creator. Guide the development of advertisements, landing pages, sales materials, commercials, email campaigns, social content, and promotional offers. Manage social media strategy, publishing calendars, community engagement, and campaign coordination. Develop email, SMS, referral, review, retention, and re-engagement programs. Identify customer stories, installation opportunities, seasonal moments, and educational topics for content production. Review marketing materials for clarity, accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance before publication. Analytics and Marketing Operations Build dashboards and reporting systems that connect marketing activity to leads, appointments, estimates, installations, and revenue. Maintain campaign naming, tracking links, source attribution, budgets, calendars, and documentation. Present clear weekly and monthly performance reports to company leadership. Explain what is working, what is not, and what should change next. Coordinate with sales and operations to improve response time, lead handling, follow-up, and close rates. Support CRM configuration, lead nurturing, automation, review generation, and customer communication. Maintain organized vendor relationships, contracts, media schedules, asset requests, and campaign records. Required Qualifications Professional experience managing integrated marketing across multiple channels. Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising. Experience with print, direct mail, commercial advertising, or traditional media. Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, attribution, campaign testing, and marketing analytics. Experience creating marketing plans, campaign briefs, budgets, calendars, and performance reports. Ability to connect marketing metrics to sales outcomes and revenue. Strong copywriting, editing, presentation, and communication skills. Experience coordinating designers, developers, videographers, vendors, media representatives, and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously. Strong business judgment, initiative, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work in-house with the VizzaLights team in Jacksonville. Preferred Qualifications Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or related certifications. Experience marketing home services, construction, architectural products, technology, luxury services, or multi-location businesses. Experience supporting expansion into new cities, territories, franchises, or dealer markets. Familiarity with CRM platforms, email automation, SMS marketing, call tracking, and reputation-management tools. Experience buying television, radio, streaming, out-of-home, or programmatic media. Knowledge of local SEO, content marketing, referral programs, and partnership marketing. Experience with public relations, media outreach, events, sponsorships, or community engagement. Working knowledge of creative testing and commercial production. What Success Looks Like VizzaLights generates a consistent flow of qualified leads.
