Job Description

Operations Control Center Internship Summary:
The Operations Control Center (OCC) Intern will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization. This position will focus on compiling, analyzing, and reporting data related to gate errors while identifying trends and process improvement opportunities. The intern will also collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital projects, particularly those related to system enhancements and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect and compile operational data related to gate errors and related metrics. Analyze data to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Develop reports and visual dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Partner with OCC team members on capital projects, particularly those involving systems development or enhancement. Support the implementation of process improvements by documenting procedures and helping track performance impacts. Participate in meetings and present data-driven insights to OCC leadership and other departments as needed. Minimum Qualifications Being a rising senior or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college or university, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027, or May 2028. Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA or 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field. Be available to work up to 40 hours per week for the duration of the 10-week program. Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Must be 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate students actively pursuing a master's degree in a relevant field. 3.2 or 3.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale Previous internship, co-op, part time, or relevant work experience. Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, volunteer activities, or campus involvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
