Jacksonville, FL, 32256 About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Digital Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on coordination, creative design, and digital marketing. You'll play a key role in managing leads, supporting campaigns, and helping bring marketing projects to life. Key Responsibilities Manage and process incoming leads through Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up Support sales and marketing teams with day-to-day operations and project coordination Maintain and organize the marketing warehouse, including materials and inventory Assemble marketing kits, mailers, and promotional packages Assist with social media campaigns, including scheduling, tracking, and performance analysis Support content creation including graphic design, photography, and video editing Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, catalogs, ads, and trade show assets Help coordinate and execute product video shoots (planning, filming, editing) Perform website updates, data entry, and general marketing support tasks Qualifications High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred 1+ years of marketing or design experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and time management skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude What We're Looking For A motivated team player who enjoys both creative and operational work Someone who takes initiative and thrives with minimal supervision A candidate who values collaboration, innovation, and delivering high-quality work
