Marketing & Content Lead (AI-Powered) Full-Time | In-Person | Experienced Position We're looking for an experienced marketing professional who already uses AI as part of their daily workflow to create content, grow brands, and improve marketing results. This is an in-person position based at Paradise Garage Doors. Remote work is not available. Paradise Garage Doors has been serving Florida homeowners since 1996 and is one of the highest-rated garage door companies in the state. We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced marketing professional who can take ownership of our content, branding, and digital marketing while using AI to help drive company growth. This is NOT a position for someone who occasionally posts on social media or has only experimented with AI. We are looking for someone who actively uses Artificial Intelligence every day to create content, improve productivity, develop marketing campaigns, generate ideas, edit videos, build brand awareness, and help businesses grow. Candidates should already have experience using business-focused AI platforms such as: ChatGPT Claude Canva AI CapCut AI Google Gemini Or similar advanced AI tools If you are not currently using AI to create content, marketing campaigns, videos, graphics, captions, blogs, social media posts, and business growth strategies, this position is likely not a fit.
Our goal is simple:
Create large amounts of high-quality content and distribute it consistently across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, blogs, email campaigns, and emerging digital platforms. This is not simply a social media posting position. This is a hands-on marketing role where you will help lead our brand growth from idea to execution. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, stays ahead of AI and marketing trends, consistently brings new ideas to the table, and helps build one of the most recognized home service brands in Florida.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Create and publish content daily across multiple platforms Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and improve efficiency Create blogs, captions, scripts, graphics, marketing campaigns, and social media content Film, edit, and publish videos, reels, shorts, and behind-the-scenes content Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize reach Help grow engagement, followers, visibility, and brand awareness Stay ahead of AI, content creation, and social media trends Research new marketing ideas, AI tools, and strategies that help grow the business Take ownership of our marketing efforts and continually look for opportunities to improve our online presence Assist with customer communication and office support when needed Coordinate with technicians, office staff, and customers Represent the company professionally on camera and in the community What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Proven AI content creation experience Proven social media marketing experience Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Gemini, or similar tools Experience creating content for multiple platforms Video editing experience Strong writing and communication skills Ability to provide examples of work created Ability to provide examples of social media accounts managed Strong organization and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Positive attitude and strong energy Ability to work in-person daily Interview Requirements Candidates selected for an interview should be prepared to discuss and provide examples of the following: Professional references Portfolio or examples of work Social media accounts you have managed AI-generated content, marketing campaigns, videos, or other projects you have created The AI tools and workflows you use in your day-to-day work Please be prepared to walk us through your work and explain your role in each project during the interview.
