Job Description

Description Overview:
To bring digital proficiency and hands-on marketing execution to Yanmar Compact Equipment North America, with a focus on demand generation and pipeline growth. This role is a skilled, action-oriented marketing professional who moves with confidence across all pillars of the department, using technology and digital tools to deliver faster, smarter, and more effective marketing at every touchpoint. Position can be located at our Adairsville or Acworth, GA offices. Main Responsibilities Execute HubSpot campaigns, workflows, email nurture sequences, landing pages, and forms in support of demand generation and pipeline growth, owning the platform as the primary marketing automation tool Manage and optimize Yanmar digital marketing platforms, ensuring they are integrated, properly tracked, and continuously improving in performance across all channels Support paid media execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and paid social in coordination with the agency, including performance monitoring and reporting against defined cost-per-lead targets Support dealer and channel marketing programs, including co-op processing, dealer communications, toolkit distribution, and portal maintenance, ensuring the dealer network is informed and well-equipped Assist with brand and communications execution, including organic social support, editorial calendar coordination, content production, and PR support, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints Support event planning, logistics, lead capture setup, and post-event follow-up campaign execution for trade shows, dealer meetings, and corporate events across both site locations Manage lead routing into Salesforce and support handoff to Inside Sales and Business Development Managers, monitoring pipeline health and ensuring data integrity between marketing and commercial teams Secondary Responsibilities Support content production and asset coordination across digital and print channels in partnership with the agency Support cross-functional coordination between Marketing, Commercial, Inside Sales, and Sales Operations Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing best practices, bringing relevant insights to the team proactively Assist with production and coordination of print assets, trade publication content, and general marketing materials as required Operational Framework Yanmar Compact Equipment Visual Identity Guidelines and Yanmar Group Brand Standards HubSpot and Salesforce data governance standards and commercial program guidelines Power of Authority No signing authority or budget authority. All spend coordinated through the Director of Marketing and Communications Requirements Requirements Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field HubSpot Certification Google Ads or Analytics Certification Professional Expertise/Skills 2 to 4 years of B2B marketing experience in a commercial environment Hands-on HubSpot experience including campaign builds, workflows, and email sequences Salesforce experience including lead data management, pipeline visibility, and reporting Paid digital marketing experience across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and paid social platforms Experience with marketing technology platforms and digital tools with a willingness to adopt new technologies as they evolve Methodical Expertise Multi-channel campaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels Data analysis and performance reporting, including dashboard creation and KPI tracking Project and workstream management across multiple concurrent priorities SEO and SEM fundamentals, including keyword strategy and search performance monitoring Digital tool proficiency across marketing automation, analytics, and campaign management platforms Event and trade show marketing support, including lead capture and post-event follow-up Personal Skills Self-starter who identifies what needs to be done and acts without waiting for direction High attention to detail across all deliverables and workstreams Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity in a small, fast-moving team Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proactive communicator who flags issues early and keeps stakeholders informed Social Skills Strong written communication skills across formats, including briefs, emails, and reports Collaborative team player in a small cross-functional environment Ability to work effectively with agency partners and external vendors Management scope and leadership skills Individual contributor role with no direct reports Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Commercial, Inside Sales, and Sales Operations Cross-cultural communication in a global brand environment
