We're hiring a GTM Engineer to own the systems and plays that power our go-to-market motion across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is energized by business impact, thinks strategically about sequencing and priorities, and loves making a powerful tech stack work even harder. This role reports into Marketing Director, and partners regularly with Sales and Customer Success.
Location:
This role can be based remotely in the United States (ideally in the Central/Eastern U.S. time zones) or Europe, or hybrid in our offices in Belgrade, Serbia, or Budapest, Hungary.
What You'll Do:
Own HubSpot CRM and GTM Architecture - Serve as the primary administrator and strategic architect of our HubSpot CRM suite and integrated GTM tools (Clay, Fathom, Seamless.ai, etc.), building robust integrations and scalable workflows that eliminate manual processes and ensure seamless data flow across our revenue engine. Drive Revenue Operations and Analytics - Develop comprehensive dashboards, reports, and attribution models that deliver real-time insights into pipeline health and team performance. Use these tools to support territory planning, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize quota modeling by systematically analyzing data and leveraging the latest HubSpot capabilities. Lead Process Automation and Cross-Functional Enablement - Identify system inefficiencies and design automated solutions that boost GTM team productivity. Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional leaders on system optimization and strategic technology decisions. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all workflows, configurations, and processes to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and scalable growth.
What You Bring:
Technical Excellence 3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience with advanced automation, custom objects, reporting, and API integrations in a growth-stage SaaS environment. Highly proficient in HubSpot workflow automation, SQL querying, data analysis, and modern GTM tools, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve integration or workflow issues. Brings a structured approach to technology implementation, proactively identifying system weaknesses and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. Strategic systems thinker with a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, strong cross-functional communication skills, and a track record of driving measurable business impact through process optimization. Committed to creating clear, detailed workflow documentation as a standard practice. Interpersonal & Communication Skills Strong people skills and empathy - You naturally connect with different team members across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, understanding that each team has unique goals and ways of working. You're genuinely interested in helping others succeed. Collaborative relationship building - You're skilled at bringing teams together around shared goals, finding win-win solutions when priorities compete, and maintaining great working relationships even when delivering challenging news or timelines. Clear, patient communication - You enjoy translating technical concepts into language that makes sense to everyone, you listen carefully to understand what people really need, and you naturally adapt your communication style to work well with different personalities.

Bonus Skills:
Experience with AI prompt engineering and leveraging AI tools for system automation and workflow optimization. HubSpot Certifications. Experience with technical documentation platforms and processes (Confluence, etc.).
