Job Description
Brad Hall Fuel is currently seeking a Brand Champion. BHF is one of the largest petroleum distributors in the Western United States doing business in over 40 states. In addition to the BHF core business, BHF is involved in agriculture, oil field services, propane distribution, LNG, fuel transportation, retail fuel stations, and property management. The Brand Champion will primarily be focused on: Field Marketing Gain expertise with all brand marketing programs and requirements Execute training and implementation program for all BHF dealers and site level staff Conduct regular on-site brand program demonstrations and training with site staff Conduct on-site visits to support image stewardship execution and educate on program elements Utilize all brand program data to analyze and improve execution and site level performance Execute initial and ongoing dealer and site level staff training of branded websites and resources Participate in grand opening and customer appreciation events for assigned customers Utilize the onboarding roadmap to support new customers transition to new brand Help assigned BHF customers stay compliant with brand IT requirements Build relationship with BHF sales reps in the assigned territory Customer Support Coordinate and be present for initial onboarding to BHF and brand training (new customers) Create a dealer/brand/wholesaler partnership mentality with all dealers Develop and efficient call schedule based on assigned locations and travel The preferred candidate for the Brand Champion will have the following: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or a sales related field preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes. Adheres to the company's values and ethical expectations Able to effectively multitask. Able to assist and relate to multiple leadership types in multiple industries simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Able to work with tight timelines and to handle stressful situations with integrity
