Speedway Motorsports maintains a consistent focus on four core principles: Take care of teammates Be known for remarkable events Positively impact our community Profitably improve EchoPark Speedway (EPS), located just south of Atlanta, is one of NASCAR s premier motorsports destinations, featuring a completely reconfigured 1.5-mile high-banked oval, the exclusive Club One, and over 850 acres of multi-use entertainment options hosting more than 200 annual events. Our annual race schedule is headlined by the NASCAR Cup Series and Feld Monster Jam. In addition, EPS operates Legends of Georgia with over 40 dates of on-track short track activity each year. EchoPark Speedway is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Marketing & Promotions Event Staff team. Team members may assist in a variety of event-related roles including guest services, photography, media center support, credential distribution, tours and fan engagement experiences, hospitality support, promotional activities, and general event operations. This role is critical to creating memorable experiences for guests, partners, media members, and stakeholders during race weekends and special events. Responsibilities Support event operations before, during, and after race weekends and special events. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, media members, partners, sponsors, VIPs, and staff. Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown, including signage, equipment, displays, and promotional materials. Support fan engagement activities, tours, hospitality areas, credential distribution, media operations, and other assigned event functions. Assist guests by answering questions, providing directions, and helping resolve basic concerns. Capture event content and support promotional activities when assigned. Help maintain clean, organized, and professional event spaces. Distribute materials, schedules, credentials, giveaways, and event information as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates regarding operational needs and guest concerns. Represent EchoPark Speedway in a professional and positive manner at all times. Adapt to changing event needs and assist in various departments as required. Follow all venue policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines. Work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event requirements. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Positive attitude and ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests and stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and follow direction when needed. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Previous experience in event operations, promotions, hospitality, guest services, photography, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred but not required. Interest in motorsports, live events, entertainment, or customer engagement is a plus.
