We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Marketing Liaison to expand our referral network, strengthen community partnerships, and help more families discover the compassionate care we provide. What You'll Do As our Marketing Liaison, you'll spend most of your time in the community building relationships that generate referrals and business growth.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, hospice providers, case managers, senior centers, and other healthcare professionals. Represent Visiting Angels at networking events, health fairs, chamber events, and community organizations. Deliver professional presentations and educational programs to referral partners. Educate referral sources and families about the benefits of private-duty home care and the Visiting Angels difference. Create and execute strategic marketing plans to grow referrals throughout the service area. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners. Track marketing activities, referrals, and sales efforts using company reporting tools. Assist with digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, email marketing, PPC, and community campaigns. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position Visiting Angels in the marketplace. Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth goals while maintaining exceptional client service. Qualifications Preferred:
Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Required:
Minimum one year of experience in home care, healthcare marketing, healthcare sales, or business development Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Current automobile insurance Must successfully complete all required background screenings and comply with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.
