Responsibilities Manage project timelines, activities, and documentation to ensure efficient execution. Collect, enter, and analyze data to prepare insightful reports for committee and board members to assist in decision-making processes. Coordinate and execute large-scale annual events serving thousands of attendees each year. This will involve planning, logistics coordination, and on-site management. Provide clerical support, including filing, mailing, and running errands, to contribute to smooth operations. Track donor contributions and maintain accurate records to support fundraising efforts. Participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications Enthusiasm for our mission and values. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional demeanor in all interactions. Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills, enabling you to collect, interpret, and present data effectively. Proficiency in databases and data management is a plus. A strong work ethic with a teachable heart.
