Responsibilities include:

Welcome and engage with fair attendees. Start conversations with homeowners. Introduce visitors to our State Fair promotions and giveaways. Help qualified homeowners enter our giveaways using an iPad or QR code. Schedule complimentary exterior consultations for interested homeowners. Represent Myers Exteriors professionally and enthusiastically. Work collaboratively with an energetic, goal-oriented team. No home improvement experience is required. We provide all necessary training. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who: Enjoy interacting with people. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Are dependable, punctual, and professional. Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Enjoy working toward goals and performance incentives. Can comfortably work on their feet throughout scheduled shifts. Customer service, retail sales, hospitality, marketing, event, or promotional experience is preferred but not required. Ideal Background This position is a great fit for individuals with experience in: Retail Sales Customer Service Hospitality & Restaurants Wireless Sales (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Spectrum) Costco or Sam's Club Roadshows Home Depot or Lowe's Gym Membership Sales Car Dealerships Brand Ambassador or Promotional Events Recent College Graduates Schedule We are primarily seeking team members who can work the entire Indiana State Fair .

Available shifts include:

Morning Shift 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Evening Shift 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Applicants with open availability and those able to work the full duration of the Fair will receive priority consideration.
