Job Description
Summary The Marketing Intern supports a variety of day-to-day marketing activities with a primary focus on using the company's newly developed brand platform to draft and refine content for an upcoming website redesign. This role requires learning and applying brand voice guidelines, optimizing content for AI search and SEO, and preparing polished drafts for review by the Marketing Director. Intern will present summary of project to Senior Leadership Team at completion of the internship. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Develop and draft website content using brand platform and voice standards. Research and implement best practices for AI-optimized wording and SEO. Compile, organize, and update website content for Marketing Director review. Assist with social media content drafting and template-based design tasks. Maintain accuracy and consistency across digital marketing materials. Conduct competitive and content research to support digital strategy. Participate in team meetings and provide creative input. Follow departmental processes and contribute to a positive working environment. Ensure continuous training and development for self. Follow policies and procedures to protect the bank from risk and exposure. Actively use the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to align business goals, drive accountability, and ensure effective communication across teams.
