At Harborpoint Brand Studio, we build identities that people recognize, trust, and remember. We're looking for a Brand Development Lead who can move comfortably between big-picture strategy and the details that bring that strategy to life. Your Role You'll lead brand development initiatives across strategy, positioning, messaging, and creative direction. You'll collaborate with clients and internal creative teams to turn ideas into cohesive brand experiences. You'll Spend Your Time Developing brand strategies and positioning frameworks Leading brand discovery and creative strategy sessions Translating business objectives into compelling brand narratives Guiding messaging, voice, and visual identity development Managing multiple branding projects from concept to delivery Presenting recommendations and creative direction to clients Partnering with designers, copywriters, strategists, and account teams Maintaining consistency across brand touchpoints The Right Mindset Have experience in brand strategy, development, marketing, or a related discipline Know how to balance creativity with commercial thinking Can turn complicated ideas into clear, compelling stories Are comfortable presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders Have strong project management and communication skills Naturally notice when a brand feels almost right — and know how to make it right What We Offer A creative environment where strategy has a seat at the table, ideas are encouraged, and good work gets noticed.
Salary:
