We are looking for a mission-driven leader to oversee our Kentucky regional operations, ensuring that our commitment to "people first" starts with our staff and extends to every client we serve. The Role The Marketing Specialist develops, implements, and monitors marketing campaigns across various channels while increasing brand awareness, generating leads, supporting CareGiver recruitment, and building strong community relationships to drive regional growth. Essential Functions Campaign Management Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, and social media) aligned with the company's growth objectives. Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize return on investment and support regional growth goals. Brand Strategy & Content Creation Draft engaging copy and design visual assets for social media platforms, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials. Ensure all marketing materials, advertisements, and communications accurately represent the organization's mission and vision, comply with company policies and applicable regulations, and receive appropriate approvals before publication. Community Outreach & Partnerships Plan, coordinate, attend, and follow up on community events, health fairs, networking opportunities, and local sponsorships in assigned area. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior centers, physicians, veterans' organizations, churches, and other community partners to strengthen referral pipelines and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with Human Resources and Regional Directors to develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns that attract and retain high-quality CareGivers and regional staff through digital advertising, community outreach, hiring events, and promotional materials. Market Research & Reporting Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, referral sources, and regional demographics to identify new market opportunities. Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and other key marketing metrics. Monitor website traffic and social media metrics, utilizing SEO best practices to improve online visibility and lead generation. Regional Travel:
This position requires frequent travel (up to 75%) across multiple Kentucky counties. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to drive in various weather conditions and terrains.
Stamina & Mobility:
Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods of time in an office or vehicle, as well as stand, walk, and move through client residences and marketing events.
Physical Activities:
Must be able to perform the following tasks when necessary, including: lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to handle materials;
Sensory Requirements:
Ability to effectively communicate using auditory and visual methods; must have close vision (20 inches or less) for documentation and client review. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Two (2) years of marketing, communications, social media management, content creation, and/or community outreach experience preferred. Experience in healthcare, home care, or a related service industry is preferred. Experience coordinating community events, networking activities, or referral development is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and graphic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Basic understanding of website management, SEO, and marketing analytics.
