Marketing Content Specialist - Photography, Videography & Design Blue Tank and Pump, LLC Position Overview Blue Tank and Pump is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Content Specialist to help capture, create, and develop professional marketing content for our company. This position will be responsible for photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, and assisting with the overall development of Blue Tank and Pump's marketing materials and brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and being in the field. The successful candidate will have opportunities to visit our branches, jobsites, equipment yards, and company events to capture real-world content featuring our employees, equipment, projects, and services. Key Responsibilities Take professional photographs of company equipment, employees, branches, jobsites, projects, and events. Record high-quality video content for marketing, recruiting, training, and company communications. Edit videos into polished finished products for social media, websites, presentations, recruiting, and internal use. Create short-form video content including reels, project highlights, equipment demonstrations, and employee features. Develop marketing graphics, advertisements, flyers, brochures, social media graphics, banners, and other promotional materials. Assist with maintaining a consistent Blue Tank and Pump brand across photos, videos, graphics, and marketing materials. Organize and maintain the company's photo and video library. Work with management and employees to identify projects, jobsites, equipment, and company activities that should be photographed or recorded. Develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and company content. Assist with social media content creation and scheduling. Photograph and document new equipment and specialty equipment for marketing and sales purposes. Create recruiting and employee-focused content that highlights Blue Tank and Pump's people and company culture. Assist with website imagery and other digital marketing content. Produce before-and-after, project progress, and completed-project content. Travel to Blue Tank and Pump locations and customer jobsites as needed to capture content. Coordinate multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining organized files. Perform other marketing and creative duties as company needs develop. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience with photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, marketing, or content creation. Experience with professional or semi-professional cameras and video equipment. Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar programs. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other graphic design software. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, audio, and visual storytelling. Ability to create both long-form and short-form video content. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative projects. Ability to communicate and work effectively with employees at all levels of the company. Comfortable working both in an office environment and around construction, industrial, and rental equipment environments. Ability and willingness to travel to company branches and jobsites when needed. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Portfolio or examples of previous photography, video, editing, or design work are strongly preferred. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can take an idea and turn it into professional content. This individual should be creative, dependable, organized, and willing to learn our company, our equipment, and the industries we serve. Knowledge of construction, industrial equipment, pumping, environmental services, or equipment rental is helpful but not required . We are more interested in finding someone with strong creative abilities who is willing to learn the technical side of our business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable one day editing a promotional video or designing an advertisement and the next day traveling to a jobsite to photograph equipment and employees in the field. Work Environment This position will include a combination of: Office-based photography, editing, and design work Outdoor photography and videography Construction and industrial jobsites Blue Tank and Pump branch locations Company events and employee activities Occasional travel as needed Jobsite visits will require compliance with all applicable Blue Tank and Pump and customer safety requirements.
