$70 - $90k base + 10% Target annual bonusAbout the RoleSecure Income Management is seeking a results-driven Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to help scale our digital marketing performance across paid social, email automation, and lead generation. Youll work at the intersection of data, creative, and technology, turning campaign insights into growth. This role is ideal for a sharp marketer who thrives in a structured financial services environment and is equally comfortable in an ads dashboard and a CRM workflow builder.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Social & Campaign ManagementPlan, launch, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns across prospecting and retargeting objectivesConduct structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages documenting findings and iterating systematicallyMonitor performance daily; adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to hit CPA and lead volume targetsEmail Marketing & AutomationBuild and manage automated email sequences and nurture flows in Zoho Campaigns and/or HubSpotSegment audiences using CRM data for personalized, lifecycle-stage messagingTest subject lines, CTAs, and send times; report on open rate, CTR, and conversion metricsAnalytics & ReportingBuild and maintain performance dashboards using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar toolsTrack and report on key funnel metrics (CPL, ROAS, MQL volume, conversion rate) on a weekly and monthly cadenceApply AI-powered tools to surface insights, automate reporting tasks, and accelerate creative testingCRM & Martech OperationsMaintain clean lead data and pipeline hygiene within Zoho CRMCoordinate with cross-functional teams and agency partners on campaign execution and attributionSupport Meta Pixel / CAPI implementation and troubleshooting in collaboration with technical stakeholdersRequired Qualifications35 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of paid and owned channelsProficiency in Facebook Ads Manager audience buildout, creative testing, campaign structure, and budget pacingExperience with Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Campaigns for lead management and email automationWorking knowledge of HubSpot (email workflows, contact segmentation, or reporting)Solid grasp of A/B testing methodology hypothesis formation, statistical significance, and structured rolloutProficiency in Google Analytics 4 and campaign attribution reportingComfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) to accelerate copywriting, research, and analysisPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial advisory companies, financial services, insurance, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with Meta CAPI or server-side event trackingExperience with Google Tag ManagerBackground in affiliate marketing or lead generation funnelsCertifications (Preferred)Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Certified Media Buying ProfessionalHubSpot Email Marketing CertificationGoogle Analytics (GA4) CertificationGoogle Ads CertificationWhat Success Looks Like in Year OneCampaigns are running efficiently with documented testing cadences and clear performance benchmarksEmail automations are live and converting leads through the funnelReporting is centralized, consistent, and actionable for leadershipYouve brought at least one meaningful optimization insight that improved CPL or ROASCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonus structure with a 10% annual bonus targetEqual Opportunity StatementSecure Income Management is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
