This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 to $85,000 annually, plus an incentive program with weekly pay. As an on-the-road position, you will need a reliable and insured vehicle to travel throughout Essex and Middlesex Counties.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs Maximize census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations in accordance with hospice goals Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic Manage marketing/sales budgets Track and evaluate referrals Ensure external sales calls are effective Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants
Requirements:
