Summit Cleaning is looking for a motivated Sales Canvasser to be the face of our company and drive our growth in the local community. This is not a desk job. If you love being outdoors, meeting new people, and want direct control over your income, this is the opportunity for you. You will be responsible for generating new customers by knocking on doors and professionally presenting the value of our premium home cleaning services. We provide the training, the proven service, and the marketing materials. You provide the hustle, the personality, and the determination.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned residential neighborhoods. Engage homeowners in genuine, friendly conversations about their cleaning needs. Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the benefits and value of Summit Cleaning's services. Generate qualified leads and close sales on the spot. Represent the Summit Cleaning brand with professionalism and integrity. Track your daily activity and sales performance. What You Bring (Qualifications): No previous sales experience required - we will train the right person! An unstoppable, positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivation and a powerful desire to succeed. Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation to get to and from daily territories.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential. Your success is directly tied to your effort. Earn $300 for every new customer you secure. Our service is a recurring subscription, providing a high-value offer for you to sell. Realistic Earning Potential (Based on a 50-week year): 2 Sales/Week = $30,000 per year (A solid foundation) 5 Sales/Week = $75,000 per year (Top performer target) 7+ Sales/Week = $105,000+ per year (Uncapped potential for our stars)
