Marketing Specialist A leader in the financial services industry is hiring a Marketing Specialist in Baltimore, MD for a contract position, hybrid with hourly rate of $32/hr.

Marketing Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing email campaigns and social media channels for an enterprise or global brand.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with organic and paid LinkedIn strategy for B2B audiences.
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills with the ability to present data and insights to stakeholders.
Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Manage email as a channel end to end, including requirements gathering, authoring, design, and on-time campaign launches.
  • Oversee personalized direct communications to support outreach from internal teams to clients and prospects.
  • Support social media priorities and serve as a point of contact within the digital operating model across business units and cross-functional teams.
  • Aggregate, analyze, and report on digital channel KPIs including lead-to-contact conversion, campaign performance, and list optimization.
  • Coordinate production and operations for email and social media across multiple stakeholders, managing content calendars and aligning launch priorities with marketing managers.
