Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development & Client Support Build, present, and document client-specific digital strategies Lead website and digital platform strategy sessions tied to client goals. Translate goals into actions that are measurable, trackable, and aligned with client growth. Serve as the strategic point of contact on web-specific accounts or initiatives. Website Strategy & Projects Lead the strategic vision for client websites from planning through launch. Deliver clear direction to web designers on sitemap, content flow, UX, and conversion priorities. Review and approve site designs prior to Director or Lead approval and final development. Oversee SEO implementation once design is finalized, including keyword placement, metadata, and performance optimization. Website Retainer & SEO Oversight Conduct audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to inform SEO strategy. Ensure implementation of on-page SEO best practices and accessibility standards. Monitor performance and adapt strategy as needed to support client rankings and search visibility. Handle client requests for new pages and site changes Google Ads Strategy Support campaign build-outs including audience targeting, landing page strategy, and keyword planning. Review campaign performance and consult on optimizations tied to client goals and ROI. Coordinate closely with the creative strategists to maintain alignment across paid channels if applicable. Google Business Profile Management Oversee strategy for Google Business Profiles including setup, optimization, and updates. Monitor local SEO performance and recommend updates to improve visibility and engagement. Ensure name, address, and phone consistency and manage reviews, services, and posts. Email Marketing Strategy Assist in strategy and setup of campaigns including automation, segmentation, and list management. Advise on messaging, timing, and performance metrics. Partner with creative and media teams to ensure email aligns with broader marketing efforts. Analytics & Reporting Set up and maintain dashboards in Google Analytics and keyword tracking tools. Report on site traffic, user behavior, and campaign conversions. Interpret data to evaluate ROI, identify trends, and recommend adjustments. Provide strategic recommendations based on performance trends and client goals. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally with web designers, creative, media teams to ensure web work aligns with larger account objectives. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Identify and resolve bugs, broken links, and technical issues. Conduct QA testing across browsers and devices before site launches. Schedule web launches, manage roadmap, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines. Other Duties Perform any and all duties assigned by your manager. Skills CMS Experience Experience building and editing websites in Squarespace, WordPress or Shopify. SEO Knowledge Understanding of on-page SEO best practices including keyword usage, metadata creation, and technical optimization. Troubleshooting and QA Testing Strong debugging skills and attention to quality assurance across browsers and screen sizes. Digital Tools and Integrations Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic Google Ads support. Client Communication Confidence in explaining technical concepts clearly and working directly with clients on feedback, revisions, and launches. Strategic Thinking Ability to connect web strategies to client objectives and business growth. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced agency or media environment. Basic understanding of Google Ads campaign structures. Experience using SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Yoast. Knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework. Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Sheets, etc.
