Marketing & Buyer Engagement Specialist - America's Auto Auction - West Michigan Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Buyer Engagement Specialist to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creative marketing work and direct communication with customers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating eye-catching flyers, making outbound calls, and building strong relationships to drive buyer participation and engagement. Key Responsibilities Design and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, email campaigns, and promotional content Make outbound calls to buyers to promote upcoming sales, events, and opportunities Build and maintain relationships with new and existing buyers Increase buyer engagement through consistent communication and follow-ups Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive attendance and participation Track outreach efforts and report on engagement results Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or sales preferred Strong communication skills (both phone and written) Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Experience with flyer creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
