This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with careful execution, market awareness, and a collaborative approach. The person in this role will help coordinate marketing materials, contribute to campaign planning, and ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development, review, and distribution of marketing assets to support campaigns, partner needs, and brand visibility. Conduct research to inform messaging, audience targeting, and marketing strategies while identifying opportunities to improve performance. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to organize deliverables, maintain timelines, and support successful project execution. Edit and proofread brochures, presentations, and other collateral to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency. Monitor campaign activity and use available tracking tools to evaluate results, highlight trends, and recommend optimization opportunities. Support administrative and operational marketing tasks such as material handling, document scanning, and deployment preparation. Help maintain compliance standards by reviewing content and materials for required approvals, regulatory alignment, and best-practice adherence. Contribute to strategic planning discussions by sharing insights, coordinating updates, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. Detail-oriented experience in marketing, digital marketing support, or a related business function. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create, edit, and review marketing content effectively. Experience coordinating with vendors, business partners, and internal stakeholders in a team-oriented environment. Ability to manage multiple assignments with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Familiarity with brand standards, presentation materials, brochures, and marketing collateral review processes. Comfortable using research, monitoring, and reporting tools to track progress and support campaign improvements. Working knowledge of compliance-focused review practices and commitment to maintaining content accuracy. Proficiency in collaboration and administrative support activities related to marketing operations.
