Job Description

Overview Tuning Element is seeking an organized, dependable, and resourceful assistant to help manage projects, communication, marketing, and daily office operations. This person will also work with our Executive Assistant to create practical office systems, document procedures, and improve how recurring work is completed. About the Position This is not a traditional desk assistant position. You day may consist of managing emails and creating social media content in the morning, then preparing shipments or organizing inventory in the afternoon. The right person enjoys variety, brings order to unfinished work, and follows tasks through to completion. You will work directly with our Executive Assistant, who occasionally travels internationally. While away, you must be able to follow established priorities, handle routine responsibilities, communicate updates, and keep assigned projects moving without constant supervision. Responsibilities Organize emails, draft professional responses, and maintain timely follow ups. Track assignments, deadlines, approvals, project details, and next steps. Work with the Executive Assistant to create office systems, organize workflows, and improve recurring processes. Provide updates about completed work, current priorities, and anything preventing progress. Create and publish social media graphics, captions, photos, and videos. Assist with filming and occasionally appear in company social media content. Support marketing campaigns, customer communication, product launches, company events, and special projects. Organize inventory, pack customer orders, prepare shipments, and maintain an orderly workspace. Make occasional deliveries to our Grand Village retail store using a company vehicle. Use Canva, Excel, Google Drive, Google Workspace, email platforms, social media tools, and AI tools to complete assignments.
You should be able to:
Turn scattered information into a clear list, process, or procedure. Manage multiple responsibilities without losing track of details. Work independently Communicate before a small issue becomes a larger problem. Adjust priorities while keeping existing assignments organized. Accept direct feedback, make corrections, and move forward professionally. Complete work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Move comfortably between administrative, creative, and hands on responsibilities. Qualifications Experience with Canva, social media, email, Excel, Google Drive, and Google Workspace. Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools. Strong writing, communication, proofreading, and basic photo or video editing abilities. Ability to organize information and document clear procedures. A reliable system for tracking assignments, deadlines, and follow ups. A valid driver's license and the ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements. Ability to lift and carry standard packages, organize shelving, and spend portions of the day standing or moving. Experience with Square, HubSpot, customer management systems, social media scheduling, or shipping software is helpful but not required. Schedule and Benefits This is a full time, in person position at the Tuning Element office in Branson, Missouri. Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Benefits include paid vacation time according to company policy and employee product discounts. Commission or additional incentive opportunities may become available in the future.
