Job Description
Whether you come from a background in marketing analytics, business intelligence, data science, or strategy, you can be successful in this role. We don't require a specific degree or experience, but we're looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. We will provide you with the training and development opportunities needed to build a career here!
About The Role:
As a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant, you'll operate at the intersection of data and strategy, helping shape how we understand and grow our business. This isn't just about reporting on performance. You'll connect insights across multiple brands, uncover opportunities others haven't yet identified, and bring forward recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions. You'll help define how our analytics team works, from setting standards and building frameworks to guiding how we use tools like SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and emerging AI solutions. It's a role that blends deep analytical thinking with business strategy, giving you the chance to make a lasting impact without needing to take on heavy people management. Here's a snapshot of what you'd be doing: Bringing together data from across marketing, finance, and operations to create a clear picture of brand and portfolio performance. Turning complex, multi-source data into insights and recommendations that drive real business decisions. Proactively identifying new opportunities and strategic ideas, rather than waiting for requests. Translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical direction that others can execute against. Managing priorities across multiple brands and stakeholders, making smart tradeoffs to keep work moving forward. Building trusted relationships with senior leaders and contributing to high-level strategy conversations. Defining and improving analytics standards like metrics, reporting structures, and data frameworks. Evaluating and evolving tools and systems, including data warehouses, dashboards, and AI capabilities. Creating scalable frameworks and processes that improve how the team works long-term. Coaching and elevating others by modeling strong analytical thinking and clear communication.About You:
You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job. You think strategically and know how to connect data to bigger business goals. You're a strong communicator who can turn complex findings into clear, compelling stories for leadership. You build trust easily and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to solve meaningful problems. You're proactive and self-driven, often spotting opportunities before others do. You're skilled at balancing multiple priorities and making thoughtful decisions about where to focus. You enjoy mentoring others and raising the bar for how work gets done across a team. You're experienced with tools like SQL, Tableau, and modern data platforms, and you're excited to explore new technologies like AI. You bring a high level of attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.About Us:
