out of 5 stars 1201 N State St, Rolla, MO 65409 $52,916 - $68,162 a year Missouri S&T 138 reviews $52,916 - $68,162 a year Under limited supervision, this position leads the development, monitoring and evaluation of integrated and evidence-based marketing plans and strategies that drive the university's strategic goals. Serving as a member of the Brand Management team, this position will oversee contractual arrangements with third party vendors, and coordinate the development of creative tactics for broadcast, digital, outdoor and print media. This position will synthesize all aspects of marketing expenditures, messages, and activities to build visibility and drive measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage marketing strategies and campaigns for the university and specific entities, including admissions and individual colleges/units, to further the university's goals related to visibility, reputation, student recruitment, and fundraising and alumni relations Direct, assess and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns using market research and other analytics tools to market thoughtful and creative recommendations on key messages and media purchases Initiate contact for media buys, set timelines and coordinate development and execution of all forms of paid promotion, including but not limited to print, digital, outdoor, and social media Communicate and report marketing and advertising efforts, evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, and work with other members of the marketing and communications team to ensure the right tone and message are incorporated Work with marketing and communications colleagues and senior campus leadership to determine appropriate annual marketing spend, including special requests from colleges/units Communicate S&T's marketing initiatives and research to internal and external stakeholders Performs other job-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Anticipated Hiring Range The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $52,916-$68,162 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
