Position Overview:
ACS, the holding company for a portfolio of respected brands in the air quality solutions space, is seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to develop, oversee, and optimize our content strategy across multiple channels. This role aligns content initiatives with business goals, drives audience engagement, and ensures brand consistency. The Content Strategist will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to deliver impactful content that attracts, engages, and converts target audiences. This role will report to the Head of Marketing, ensuring all content meets organizational objectives and resonates with target audiences.Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and audience needs. Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for growth. Define content goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks. Content Creation & Management Oversee the development of high-quality content, including web copy, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media. Manage editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of content across channels. Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone. Research & Insights Conduct audience and market research to guide content direction. Ability to interview engineers, product managers, and contractors and translate into relevant copy Execute CSAT, and NPS surveys to develop insights on how to improve content and collateral Track, measure, and report on content performance using GA4, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity, CallRail, and other analytics tools Collaboration & Leadership Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, sales) to create cohesive campaigns. Provide editorial guidance and support to writers, designers, and external partners. Champion content best practices and foster a culture of storytelling within the organization. Project Management & Vendor Coordination Build and maintain Trello boards to track tasks, deadlines, vendor assignments and asset approvals. Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and budgets with outside video, photography, and motion-graphics vendors. Facilitate cross-functional reviews and revisions; ensure on-time delivery.Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills Experience using AI tools in the content workflow (drafting, research, repurposing) with human editing and fact-checking as a non-negotiable Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Familiarity with video editing and motion-graphics tools and processes. Understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and how to deploy content through them. Strong creative and technical writing abilities; able to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience 5+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or editorial roles. Experience managing content across a multi-brand portfolio with distinct audiences Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing and content performance metrics. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Demonstrated experience managing creative projects in Trello or equivalent task-tracking platforms.Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience). HubSpot Content Marketing or Inbound Marketing Certification (a plus).Why You'll Love This Role:
