Pay $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Job description Carter's Collective is a woman-owned, multi-generational fine jewelry brand in an active growth phase. We have a Head of Marketing leading strategy, operations, our website — now we need the creative engine behind the camera who builds our brand presence, owns content performance, and turns our story into a scroll-stopping, conversion-driving online presence. About the Role This is a hands-on content role for someone who lives and breathes branding. You'll own what people see, feel, and remember about Carter's Collective online. You're not in front of the camera — you're the one shaping every frame, caption, and pixel that goes out. You'll work directly with the president of the company (fast-moving, visionary, big-picture) and partner closely with the Head of Marketing on execution. Key Responsibilities Own content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Shoot, direct, edit, and/or produce photo and video content (product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, educational). As well as organize photo and video content Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with sales drivers, launches, and seasonal moments Write copy that sounds like our brand — captions, emails, blog content Track performance (engagement, reach, conversion, attribution) and adjust based on data Identify trends early and translate them into on-brand content opportunities Maintain visual consistency and elevate brand aesthetic across every touchpoint Manage content production timelines, asset libraries, and creator/influencer collaborations Bring fresh ideas and challenge the status quo — we want a thought partner, not an order-taker Who You Are 1+ years of content strategy and production experience (luxury, retail, fashion, or lifestyle preferred) Strong portfolio showing both creative range and measurable results Sharp eye for branding, composition, color, and storytelling Analytical — you know your numbers and use them to drive decisions Detail-obsessed (typos, off-brand colors, and inconsistent fonts physically hurt you) Self-directed, fast-moving, and growth-minded Comfortable working alongside a direct, decisive, big-picture president who values speed and results Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut/Premiere, Canva, and major social platforms Confident behind the camera, mic, and editing software — not in front of it This Role Is Not For You If You need heavy direction or a defined playbook You're slow to adapt or resistant to feedback You're more interested in personal brand-building than building ours Spreadsheets and analytics dashboards bore you What We Offer A creative role with real influence and ownership of our brand voice Direct collaboration with the owner/founder and Head of Marketing A creative, high-standard, growth-oriented environment Travel opportunities to trade shows, industry events, and educational conferences Ongoing professional development and continuing education Competitive compensation based on experience Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement account options Paid vacation time Flexible scheduling, with an emphasis on trust, accountability, and results
