What You'll Do As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners in the community. Your goal is to introduce our services, educate customers about home comfort solutions, and schedule appointments for our HVAC Comfort Advisors. In this role, you will: Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner. Schedule qualified appointments for our in-home comfort specialists. Represent The Chill Brothers with integrity and enthusiasm. Build relationships within the community while promoting our services. Help drive the continued growth of one of the region's fastest-growing HVAC companies. Meet and exceed individual performance goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
