Job Title:
Process Engineering Specialist Job Description We are seeking two Process Engineering Specialists to support a mission‑critical documentation and AI‑enablement project within the Standard Solutions group. These roles are day‑shift, Monday-Friday . These positions require an engineering background, strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting capability, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, usable documentation. Role Overview These specialists will take existing troubleshooting content — including complex German equipment documentation — and convert it into clear, structured, operator‑friendly materials that will be used to train an internal AI system. Work includes partnering with operators, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and usability. Troubleshooting & Documentation Key Responsibilities Convert technical troubleshooting information into clear, structured documentation , including flowcharts, step‑by‑step guides, and visual aids. Interpret complex equipment documents and translate them into readable, operator‑friendly formats . Collaborate with operators and regional engineers to validate processes and ensure accuracy. Support equipment setup and troubleshooting documentation for the Standard Solutions group. Train on and contribute documentation to the internal AI platform (no PLC or automation programming required). Preferred Skills Mechanical, process, or technical experience with hands‑on troubleshooting experience. Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, or investigation workflows. Ability to take a one‑page technical description and turn it into a logical, functional flowchart . Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with operators and engineers. Pharma or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus. Expectation for full‑time conversion . Visual Content & Video Documentation Key Responsibilities Create visual documentation , including short instructional videos explaining equipment operation or troubleshooting steps. Film, edit, and assemble process videos for upload into the internal AI platform. Develop visual interfaces, diagrams, and annotated images that simplify complex technical information. Work with technical teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability. Preferred Skills Experience with technical writing, visual documentation, or process training materials. Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, visual formats . Strong communication and collaboration skills. Technical aptitude and comfort working around equipment. Expectation for full‑time conversion depending on interest and fit. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilson, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
