Role:

Will be responsible for performing a variety of support and administrative tasks within the marketing team. This role provides support by writing, proofreading, publishing, naming and archiving marketing content and assets for the brand and creative teams. It also supports the Subscription and Loyalty projects with administrative tasks such as product maintenance.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Write and/or proofread brand and product copy, product FAQs and optimizations, SEO metadata and blog content. 2. Proofread/edit digital and print marketing content. 3. Publish updates in our digital asset management/product information management (PIM/DAM) and DTC (Shopify) platforms. 4. Assist with project management, project workflows and creative intake using our collaborative project management platform (Wrike). 5. Assist with any administrative updates in our auto-ship/subscription and loyalty program platforms. 6. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service. 7. Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of SHP.

Education and Experience:

Student enrolled in or graduating from high school with intentions of enrolling in an undergraduate course for Business, Finance, Marketing or similar field. 0-2 years of office experience.
