Job Description
We're seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to support marketing campaigns, digital communications, and member engagement initiatives for a financial services organization. Responsibilities Execute campaigns across email, website, digital signage, online/mobile banking, and member communications. Update website content, landing pages, forms, emails, and digital communications. Support social media, financial education, fraud-prevention content, webinars, and financial wellness initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, reviews, surveys, and NPS metrics and communicate key insights. Ensure communications are accurate, timely, on-brand, and compliant with applicable requirements. Support events, community outreach, sponsorships, and special projects. Collaborate with internal teams and external marketing vendors. Qualifications Marketing experience; credit union/banking experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress. Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams. Experience with or willingness to learn WordPress, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Basecamp, GoToWebinar, and similar marketing platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and applicable financial services regulations.
