We are actively hiring driven individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, and renewable energy. ⸻ Position Overview This is a field marketing / appointment setting role responsible for generating qualified leads for our in-home solar and roofing consultants. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will speak directly with homeowners, educate them on solar energy, cost savings, and incentive programs, and schedule free consultations. This is a performance-based position with uncapped earnings and a clear path into solar sales and leadership roles. ⸻

Compensation & Pay Structure Uncapped Commission-Based Earnings Training Pay:

Paid training: $16/hour (paid upon successful completion of 2-week program)

Ongoing Compensation:

$200 per qualified appointment set $500 per closed sale (at contract signing

• no clawbacks) $100 per kW installed (avg.

$1,000+ per project)

Estimated First-Year Earnings:

$50,000
