Location:
Northern New Jersey (Hybrid)
Schedule:
Flexible | Approximately 10-20 Hours per Week Help Build the Future of Independent Healthcare We are a physician-led healthcare organization on a mission to transform how independent medical practices grow, collaborate, and serve their patients. This is not a traditional marketing position. We are looking for an exceptional marketing professional who wants to build something meaningful—not simply promote it. You will work directly with physician leadership to shape our brand, our messaging, our growth strategy, and our public presence. Your ideas will matter. Your work will have visibility. Your success will help determine the trajectory of our organization. If you're looking for a comfortable marketing job where someone hands you a list of assignments each week, this isn't the right opportunity. If you're energized by solving difficult problems, building brands, creating innovative campaigns, and making a meaningful impact, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities Develop and lead the organization's overall marketing strategy. Build a powerful and recognizable healthcare brand. Create compelling content for physicians, patients, referral sources, and the public. Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Develop educational campaigns that establish thought leadership. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns. Improve website performance, SEO, and lead generation. Analyze marketing performance and recommend data-driven improvements. Coordinate outside marketing vendors, designers, photographers, videographers, and consultants as needed. Collaborate directly with physician leadership on branding, messaging, growth initiatives, and strategic projects. Identify opportunities that others miss and turn ideas into measurable results. Qualifications The right person will demonstrate: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven success building brands or growing organizations. Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution. Experience developing successful digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. Experience creating written, graphic, and video content. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools. Familiarity with AI tools that improve creativity and productivity. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Healthcare or medical marketing experience is strongly preferred but not required. Who Will Thrive Here You don't simply execute marketing plans. You create them. You don't wait for opportunities. You find them. You aren't satisfied with "good enough." You continuously ask how something can be better. You enjoy working directly with decision-makers and contributing to important strategic discussions. You are intellectually curious, creative, resourceful, and willing to challenge conventional thinking with well-reasoned ideas. You care about results more than recognition. You want your work to matter. What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule. Direct access to physician leadership. Significant creative freedom and autonomy. Opportunity to influence strategy—not just marketing. A collaborative environment where great ideas are expected and appreciated. The opportunity to grow with an organization that is building something genuinely different.
