Part-Time Marketing Specialist Multifamily Apartment Communities

Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media strategies, for our portfolio of multifamily apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Design and execute digital and print marketing materials, such as flyers, email campaigns, and community event promotions. Monitor campaign performance, track analytics, and adjust strategies to optimize results. Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with community goals. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

Qualifications:

Experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field (real estate or multifamily experience a plus). Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media platforms, content creation, and email marketing. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) is a plus. Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a keen eye for branding and visual storytelling.
