The •Marketing Liaison•, is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing admissions that align with business objectives for the Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH).. Responsible for identification, development and realization of profitable growth through the marketing and sales of LTACH services/programs. The liaison performs an integral role in identifying, attracting and building new patients/clients accounts, servicing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective patients/clients Specific objectives are to increase awareness, reputation, and preference while driving patient volume to the LTACH. Must be highly analytical focused on market analysis, market development and growth opportunities. Will be responsible for writing and editing marketing communication materials, articles, and promotional pieces; supporting LTACH and system-wide marketing efforts including special events, openings, and market research. Must be able to provide social media messaging and new social/digital strategies in conjunction with the LTACH to generate leads and grow the business while supporting Hackensack Meridian Health's brand identity and strategies. Will work collaboratively with integrated marketing, communication and outreach teams, along with the
CEO of LTACH Division Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
+ Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience + Strong grammar skills + Proven ability to understand patient clinical issues + Excellent communicator: well-spoken with excellent writing skills + Independent self-starter with a sense of urgency and a strong desire to consistently advance the goals + Strong multiple project management skills with an affinity for consistently producing high-quality work + Customer focused with a passion for customer service + Experience evaluating and assessing internal and external client/patient needs + Experience in maintaining ongoing business dashboards + Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals + Good leadership, team player and interpersonal skills
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred + Prior healthcare marketing experience preferably in a hospital setting + Graduate of accredited nursing program preferred

Budget and Grant Funding:
Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
