The starting salary for this position is expected to be $62,500 annually. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job related factors, consistent with applicable law.HOURS:
37.5 hours per weekSCHEDULE
: Monday 8:30am- 5:00pm / Tuesday 8:30am
- 5:00pm / Wednesday 8:30am
- 5:00pm / Thursday 8:30am
- 5:00pm / Friday 8:30
- 5:00pm Position Summary The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialist is to provide hands-on support to the marketing team in developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and support membership initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills Education & Experience- Applicants must possess the following qualifications or an equivalent combination of education and experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferredExperience:
3+ years of experience in marketing Working knowledge of Microsoft products required (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Adobe Creative Suite knowledge including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Previous experience with member (customer) databases and CRM systems such as Mail Chimp email software is a plus Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (including Technical & Systems/Equipment Proficiencies) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong time management and interpersonal skills Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and handle tasks that vary in complexity and urgency Strong proofreading skills Strong copywriting skills Ability to communicate effectively with staff, all management levels and outside vendors Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Physical Requirements Lifting (5-10 pounds) Standing/Sitting extended periods of time, while working in front of computer monitor Typing / Data Entry Professional Office Environment Overhead Lighting Training and Compliance Requirements Subject to the compliance requirements of all related federal regulations, including but not limited to; the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering (AML), Information Security and Privacy policies and procedures. Employees complete annual BSA, AML, Information Security, Privacy and other job-related training requirements as established by the Summit and within deadlines.Benefits
