A Field Marketing Specialist drives brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers. Serves as liaison between buyers and sellers, providing valuable information about products and services to consumers.
We are looking for someone who wants to help us build a brand. Someone who can go out into the community, meet people, attend events and make sure people know who Ark Basement Services is. Someone who can pull up to a job, grab a camera, film what were doing, talk to the homeowner, show the before and after and turn real work into great content. This position is a mix of community marketing, social media, filming, networking and helping us build Ark into one of the biggest and most known basement companies in the area. We want someone creative. We want someone outgoing. We want someone who can come up with ideas and actually make them happen. Most importantly, we want someone who works hard. This is a starter position, but it does not have to stay that way. There is a ladder here. The more you learn, the more responsibility you take on and the more value you bring, the more money you can make. This could turn into running our social media, leading our marketing, managing events, building referral relationships and helping grow the entire company. You do not need to know everything on day one. But you do need to show up, be coachable, work hard and be willing to put yourself out there.
